Although this place offer great massages and okay prices, I would NEVER recommend this place for a person of color. I encountered problems with the head esthetician/owner. She constantly told me that my dark African American skin needed to be lighted and that I had skin problems, which is absurd because I have never had blemishes, acne, or defined wrinkles and my usual esthetician at Gene Juarez would disagree.
The overall service was completely unprofessional by the ignorant owner who like to tell her life story and her early teenage pregnancy with a boyfriend that cheated on her all when I was trying to have a day of relaxation. She was also very pushy when selling products, and when her products did not work she blamed it on my skin. As a lawyer I wanted to sue her for her malpractice, arrogance, and RUDE customer service, but I realized that this business was not worth my time, and that in time they would shut down. If there was a negative star rating I would rate her negative 5 stars.
As for the prices, they add 20% gratuity on all services and additional hidden charges. NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR THE POOR TREATMENT.
I would visit this business again? No
