Good Deal but must Improve Front Desk Service

I visited the spa along with my sister for her 50th Birthday on October 12. We had the spa special. The spa is beautiful (although the robes they provided did not smell as fresh as they should have) and we throughly enjoyed our day with a most professional and competent service staff. The only serious draw back was the poor customer service at the front desk. The male assistant that checked us out was out right rude to us when we inquired about products that the facial technician was supposed to leave us at the front desk. Matter of fact he tried to sell us a totally different product even though we told him that that was not the product.The spa special included 20% discount on products. I didn't notice until I got home that I did not receive my discount so I called and left a message that same day requesting a spa credit for the over payment. To this day I haven't received a call back.
