I'm an H-Circle member and I absolutely LOVE this place. They observe constant professionalism in their beautiful and serene environment. I look forward to going in once each month and just having a relaxing afternoon. Everything I've had done here has been great - you really can't go wrong.

I'm assuming the 5-star reviews are from the owners of Pure. My experience here was truly horrifying. My friend and I were to have the exact same services performed, but mine were finished over an hour before hers, so I sat in the awkward front room in a robe waiting for her (our total bills were still identical). Other strange facts: there were women walking around our room during our services, they put us in a "couples" room and they used skin tools on us without explaining them. Also, I'm fairly sure that my "technician" had no credentials and although she was friendly, she had no business working on anyone. She started massaging each part of my body by very roughly scratching my skin for several minutes. I'll spare everyone the details, but my massage was also as close to a "happy ending" massage as I've ever experienced, but there was nothing happy about it. I'm not a beginner to spas and even hold a membership to another local spa, so I have an idea of what I'm talking about. I was only trying this location b/c I had another appointment in the area + they were running a special at the time. I will never return and I would advise everyone to run as far and as fast as possible from here. DO NOT believe the other reviews.

While we find the comments from this client disturbing all client opinions are welcome to present an accurate record of our performance and to illuminate any deficiencies in our services or staff. Our goal is for a high level of service to our clients followed by good customer service. With that in mind we extend our apology to this client and welcome the opportunity to correct any situation where the consumer is less than satisfied. Given the anonymous nature of these reviews, we cannot be absolutely certain what the exact deficiency was, to whom it occurred or which therapist performed the service. In this instance we believe we have previously identified and remedied the situation weeks ago. One therapist is no longer associated with The Pure Day Spa and another has been reassigned. As for our reviews, a search of any of the many review sites available will reveal a good number of legitimate comments compared to Spas that are similar to The Pure Day Spa. Our establishment is not high volume nor high pressure and generally we do not solicit reviews from our clients. The overwhelming majority of these public reviews display the type of results we aim to achieve; complete relaxation, total satisfaction and a significant amount of renewal, physical and spiritually. The number of legitimate reviews at multiple websites provides accurate testimony to the increasingly savvy and discerning consumer. We take note that this client simultaneously posted a review for another Spa but will not speculate whether either one was solicited or for what reason. As for running as far and as fast as you can, we prefer terms such as relax, renew and peace here at The Pure Day Spa. However we invite this client (yes we still value you and your satisfaction and ask you to contact us by phone or in person to discuss your concerns), to come in, relax with us the next time you're running by! :-)
