Bought a package on Groupon for them...took them a week to get back to me on an initial appointment, then when I couldn't make it and called to reschedule I got an v-mail.
Haven't been able to contact them for weeks, they just ignore my request.

Oh, love how you discredit legitimate complaints by saying "must be a competitor." Great tactic...NOT.
I've seen this on a bunch of reviews by them...that, or they blame a new or ex-employee. Nice.
