While they claim that whatever new color system they are using is the same as Framesi -- it isn't!
And while when I called to explain that I had roots a different color -- and they said it would get fixed --
Joanna REFUSED!
I drove there to have her ask me if I wanted her to put darker color on my hair and I kept telling her that I didn't know what she should do, I just wanted it fixed.
And she claimed that I was wrong and there was no difference in my hair color!
So, I have horizon stripes in my hair now -- the wrong color at the root line, the stripe where she went too far over already dyed hair and my usual color.
Bottom line: she refused to fix the problem !
I would visit this business again? No
