Did not have a good experience. Has a facial the other day with a very young girl. Not sure if she knew exactly what she was doing. As a former esthetician I knew what to expect and it was very disappointing.
There was a large party in that day and they were very loud and the staff was loud too...not exactly relaxing. Will be finding another location.

This is by far the best spa in Cincinnati! If you want somewhere quiet and that you can escape reality for a few hours then this is it!
The plush oversized robe and a glass of wine while you wait for your service to begin...you feel like you are the only person there! The rooms are so private even the pedicure rooms!
I rec'd an amazing massage, facial and pedicure and have already sent 2 friends there.
There is nothing else to even compare to the Woodhouse. I have been a regualr at Mitchell's for awhile but only because I hadn't experienced a true spa experience. Thank you Woodhouse.
I would visit this business again? Yes
