I had a Classic Facial with Emily and was not happy at all. It was supposed to be a 60 min treatment and it ended less than 45 min - this is including the prep time. The mask on my face was not even 5 min and she did not massage the lower arms and hands like everywhere else does. I am not sure if this is just with Emily or this is standard with Chill - but for $70 I would expect a full treatment. My face did not look any different. Also she was not friendly. For such a personal service, I expect to get more friendly service.
