Never again will I deal with this place. The supervisor is impossible to get a hold of. I left her many messages voice mails and emails, and I never heard back. It ruined my weekend plans with friends. I am actually so furious about it, I'll be making a complaint to the Hotel owner as well and good luck to anyone trying to book in for a massage.
