We were sold a $179 per night bed and breakfast deal, which included a kingsize bed room with fireplace, a bottle of wine nightly and free breakfast both days. This deal was confirmed upon check-in. At checkout, however, the concierge insisted the rate was $250/night and charged as such.

Breakfast was listed as being served until 11:30am. We arrived at 10:38am and were told no more breakfast. If they had to they would do bagels. The woman at the desk in the restaurant was fairly rude.

Not worth it for the price.

This Spa was overbooked on the weekend and this definitely detracted from the relaxation factor. There were several large parties of ten or more women, not very well behaved, and very loud, who dominated the spa facility. The only "quiet" room has about 12 lounge chairs and is freezing cold. So there was no escaping the loud parties pre-and-post treatment. In addition, the cafe in the Spa was poorly managed and easily overwhelmed. I would have been willing to spend more money, for a more relaxing (read: not overcrowded) experience. Especially at tea time.
