If spafinder could create 'negative' stars, it would be for this establishment!
I came in recently for a massage - when I arrived, I was immediately treated like garbage. IRONIC because if I had known that this dump was the 'SPA' I purchased from, I never would have come..
The owner was a nightmare - her co-workers were embarassed for her behavior. She started yelling at me when I asked her several questions. She then called me a liar about purchasing the gift certificate and booking my appointment 'the wrong way' (even though she had my appointment on the computer list). I then asked 'How did I book an appointment the wrong way? It is on your schedule." She followed up to that question only by screaming 'You are bad customer'. I mentioned to her that screaming at the customers isn't really the most profitable way to run a business.
Needless to say, even though the massage was DECENT, (only decent because the room was disgustingly hot and smelled funny) I had the least relaxing massage of my life. I was so angry and upset that anyone could treat I couldn't even relax! The only redeeming part was the receptionist apologizing for the owner's behavior - she told me that this is pretty common.
PLEASE spare yourself!!!!
I would visit this business again? No
