Not Good, and Almost Bad Experience

I went to this spa because of all the excellent reviews, but ended up with an ok experience. I normally get microderm done with a machine, and the herbal microderm that I received is not nearly as effective (but it costs $99, which is the same that I pay for a machine microderm). This is an exfoliation, not microderm. I was somewhat disappointed, but found the treatment to be relaxing, until the products started going up my nose and down my throat. Then I was really uncomfortable. It was gross, and I kept tasting coconut on the drive home. I found that the payment process to be annoying. The spa wanted the gift certificate number over the phone, so that it would be quicker when it was time to pay. However, I was there for 20 min while the receptionist was figuring out the computer system. I paid 25% of the bill with my charge card because she couldn't figure out how to put in 2 gift cards. After all that time, the spa ended up charging me $103, instead of $99. In addition, she had to contact the owner twice, which took up a lot of time. I was not about to stay and try to get $4 back either. Finally, I would say that cleanliness and appearance of the spa is less than mediocre. The towels and sheets were stained and dirty looking.
I would visit this business again? No
