We just had the most amazing spa experience...! We are spa regulars everywhere we travel globally and our experience at Spa Laterra rates, truly, among the very best. The ambiance was elegant and relaxed from beginning to end. From our first conversation with the spas' concierge staff to secure our appointments to the their recommendations regarding dinner and a very special evening downtown in St. Augustine, each of our requests was easily met and each experience exceeded our expectations on all levels. The treatment rooms are beautifully appointed and the therapists are far more knowledgeable and experienced than any other we have encountered. The staff catered to every nuance of our visit, including the special requests we made during our treatments. We were especially drawn to the serenity of the meditation room and it's ceiling to floor rain fountain. The koi pond and outdoor cabanas truly raised the properties ambiance.
Spa Laterra's staff and their professionalism rank at the top of all of our destination and spa experiences. We, already, are looking forward to our next journey to St. Augustine and Spa Laterra.
