I went here for an updo for my beach wedding. It was the closest location to the beach and the most upscale salon I could find. the stylist was the "updo lady" and i was told she did all the wedding updos.
I brought 3 large pictures of the same hairstyle I found online, and knew the technique that was used (using a flat iron to twist the hair for ringlets) and even after showing, telling, and explaining exactly what I wanted, one hour later my hair looked NOTHING like what I wanted. when I mentioned while she was doing it that it didn't look right she reminded me "i've been doing this for 30 years" so I shut my mouth waiting for end result. Oh and since they recommended I come in right before my photographer arrived for pics there was no time to redo it, unless i wanted to waste an hour (or $150 in photography) of my time to redo it. it was a nightmare. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR UPDOS!!! they do not listen to customers and it was wicked expensive. i complained, and was told i would get a gift card...10 weeks later still no gift card.
I would visit this business again? No
