Went with 2 girlfriends for a 2 night getaway. We all had the spafinder gift certificates which we were told when we booked that they accepted. Each morning we were there, there was great confusion about if they accepted the gift certificates or not. The front desk of the hotel assured us they did but the the spa employees were confused, even after they were assured by the manager that it wasn't a problem. Really discouraging to have to deal with this issue each morning when we checked into the spa.
Restaurant food was GREAT as was the service, but really overpriced. I recommend going into town and eating at Frieda's - really good Mexican.
The spa was beautiful and the amenities were wonderful. The hotel was a bit worn out and needs a facelift.
Lost my watch at the hotel and emailed the manager 3 times before I got a response, took over three weeks to get a response. Won't go back,which is too bad because the spa was gorgeous and treatments were wonderful.I would visit this business again? No
