Massage Envy- Moon Valley
Would return because therapist is excellent.

One of the massage therapists was recommended to me, and she was great (Crystal). Not talkative (which I liked), but asked pertinent questions to make sure pressure was good etc.
However, the front lobby experience is almost enough to keep me away. First, it was really busy. It wasn't relaxing - just loud.
After a great massage, I went to pay and was asked if I was interested in coming back. My response was yes, but apparently that means the front desk staff floods you with a sales script to buy the membership .I said no because my job was ending, so that wasn't possible nor did I want my account information on record and someone accessing it for the fees. I was then told if I came back I'd have to pay the non-member fee (no kidding - right?!),. Did I want to sign up(Answer again= no).
Was asked why not & I told them because after my massage relaxed me, the exchange at the front desk had "un-relaxed me" so I wasn't in the mood to discuss further. The response to refusal is apparently "I'm sorry you feel that way". The front desk/lobby experience is a ridiculous and I'd NEVER consider membership now. 3 stars because Crystal's great- front desk experience = zero stars.
I would visit this business again? Yes
