My friend and I made an appt 2 months in advance, we had a combo deal (massage, facial, pedicure) and when we got there we had to wait an hour! And it was horrible waiting because the place is so chaotic and there were a few disgruntled customers there. The owner treats her staff and CUSTOMERS like cattle!! Ordering people around, I so hated this place. There is no spa ambiance. My friend was slighted on the pedicure, since they were closing they did her facial and pedicure at the same time so she didn't even get to soak her feet in water! So they took us in an hour late and on top of that was cheated on services.

All that said, the only thing this place has going for it is the staff, they are so professional and I had an awesome massage (one of the best!!) from Toshi and my pedicure still looks great 2 weeks later. Even though the service is great I would not go back to this place, just thinking about this place stresses me out.

When I think of going to spa, I think of a relaxing atmosphere and receiving quality treatment. The receptionists are not not very welcoming, they should learn to smile. They do offer you wine probably so you can forget where you are.

I wanted a hydrating body treatment and they advised getting the Chocolate Mousse Wrap, which was complete garbage and a waste of time and money. My skin was dry hours later, body lotion does a better job. The service by the technician itself was fine, professional, if you're looking to just get a service done and be in and out then I would suggest this place. They do not have changing rooms. The place was very noisy. Afterward I received a microdermabrasion, which I must say was good. My technician's name was Victoria, and she was professional. My friend received a hot stone massage, which she did enjoy, she felt the masseuse could have applied more pressure. The bad thing is that her bed was not heated and ppl kept walking past the room and the entire floor shook. Not a pleasant spa experience, I would pay more to get the "spa" ambiance.

I did get a manicure also, which I thought was excellent, the manicurist was Rhona.
