Pampering at its best. from the minute you walk through the door you are greated with a delicious smoothie.Tthe changing rooms have lots of exta touches as well as gowns and slippers, fresh fruit and water. Haven't ever got to the gym, too busy in the different sauna, steam rooms and spa pools which are all fantastic. As for the treatments my favourite to date is the hot stone massage, out of this world. The food is also lovely and the sevice is excellent. You won't be disappointed with a spa day here it really is heaven for a day.
