First the positives -- the staff works very hard and are excellent technicians. I have been there for for manicures, massages, and facials. These folks try their best and give good results.
Now, some issues: the front desk staff mixes up appointments and sometimes gets things wrong. I suggest you call twice to re-confirm everything. There have been foibles more than once.
Also, the manager of the salon, Marie, when confronted with a problem with one of my treatments was very difficult. Overall, I did enjoy the treatment, but there was an issue. When I called to complain that I'd felt the treatement did not live up to expectations, the manager acted as if I was lying and argumentative with me. They charge a lot of money and should treat their customers with more respect.
I would visit this business again? No
