We booked our packages 4 months in advance. They charged my credit card without my knowledge. Then the Wednesday before we were to arrive they called to say the packages we booked they could not fulfill due to they had a wedding to do makeup for. I'm sorry when was that booked because when I call to book a 4 1/2 hr package for 4 people I was told that would be no problem. I am apauled at the lack of customer service. We had to scramble to find another place. We found a much better place. I will never recommened this place to anyone and will tell everyone SWEET WATER SPA is sooooooooo much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have looked into this matter and I see that we were unable to accommodate 3 of the services requested due to a therapist's unexpected illness. My cousin and I took our mom's for a surprise birthday weekend to savannah. We had originally scheduled with another spa that 3 days before we were to go told us they could not accomidate our 4 month reservation. We called Sweet water at the last minute, not only did they fit us in the went above and beyond what we expected and we found out that is normal for them. We had the most wonderfully relaxing day. Our moms we so happy. Next time we are in Savannah we are going back!
