FBE Spa - Firm Body Evolution
Truly a One of a Kind Experience in LA

So I saw FBE on the news quite a while back and decided to give them a try. I was kinda over the whole conventional gym scene and wanted something new and on top of this, I was just getting over an injury to my hamstring which I had been rehabing for quite a while. The first thing I noticed about firm body was the cleanliness of their facility and professionalism of the owner, Joseph. He helped me with EVERYTHING from start to finish and now I frequent the spa at least a few times a week to get my vibration therapy on. I love the fact that the vibration machine works out areas of my lower and upper body that I never knew I could work out. Leaves me feeling so refreshed and good about myself. I also spent some time with their resident acupuncturist, Yasmin. Crazy that not only do they have amazing equipment, but also acupuncture? Yes please! Overall, I really enjoy going here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative way to work out.
