My friend and I visited the MGM Detroit Spa and had a wonderful experience. The facilities were outstanding and the customer service was great. The facilities were four star, everything was immaculate and very serene, it is an exscape for the hustle and bustle of the city and even the casino madness. The staff were very attentive and courteous. I will definetly return. Next time I return I will back my swin suit take a book and make a day of it.
Not so much of a complaint, but we were told we would receive a conformation call and did not, and it would had been nice to be informed to valet at the Hotel entrance and approximate length of services and visit. I had four mini services and was there about 3 hours, but I got to enjoy the facilities between my service, overall my experience was great and I plan to return very soon!
