I've been to a number of spa's in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but none that compare to Serena Medspa in a variety of ways. Serena Medspa uses Medical grade equipment; consequently, the results are far better than any I have experienced to date. For instance, a Photo Facial treatment, which I have had elsewhere, took five visits in order to achieve a nice result; however, at Serena Medspa the same results and better were obtained in only one treatment.
In addition, it's important to me, and I'm sure for others, to not only trust the spa personnel who perform the treatments, but to feel very comfortable in my surroundings. The personnel at Serena Medspa not only make you feel at home, but all your fears are allayed once they share with you the extensive knowledge they have gained through skilled training and experience.
Karim Halani, the Spa Director, always takes the time to sit down and talk to you should you have questions. He spends a great deal of time with you on your first visit, offering expert knowledge on everything offered at his spa. Further, he's a very pleasant man that has your best interest at heart.
