Compared to other day spas I have frequented, I was not impressed by the ambiance of this day spa or the warmness of their staff / massage therapist. Technically, the massage was what it should be, but there was no aromatherapy, candles or pampered feeling in their facilities. At other spas, the massage therapist has always encouraged me to drink plenty of liquids after the massage. There was no water, lemonade or tea available at this spa. I wish I had visited a different spa where I could have used my spa finder gift.

Dear Simi Girl, My name is Andrew and I'm the operations manager of POSH. I have read your review and first and foremost I'd like to apologize for the bad experience you had in our spa. I was very shock to hear that you were not offered any refreshments after your service by your therapist. This is not standard practice of my staff. After reading your review I had a meeting with my staff in regards to your experience and can assure you that this will never happen to you or any client. Currently we are in the process of making big changes to our spa. I'm currently working with a spa consultant on the changes that will be taking place in the next few weeks. This place gives you the perfect environment allowing you to relax to the fullest! The complimentary foot soak while sipping hot tea in very comfy, over sized furniture makes it the perfect environment. They really care about making it relaxing!

Their facilities are pretty small at this spa but the quality of the massage I received absolutely made up for it! I remember they had a very warm environment and may even have had the heated beds, which I prefer. All I know, is during the whole massage, I was sooooo relaxed and left there feeling wonderful.
