Not what I expected from a salon...

Had my hair cut and "styled" by a junior stylist. Although she was very pleasant to converse with, the hairstyle I found myself with was disappointing. The layers I requested turned into a bob/mullet thing (with the focus on the back of my head). I thought I could work with it, but changed my mind once I was home. I called the salon back and was able to go back in for a "fix". Nervous (I'd never done this before), but sure if I communicated exactly what I wanted, this stylist could be forgiven. Nope. She continued to cut away at the same spot on the back of my head and I had to just smile and say, "Yes, I love it, thanks!" Two hours later I was at another local salon (Sanctuary). I left there relieved (the style was saved) and happy (I wasn't charged full price). It was also nice to know it wasn't just me seeing the error of the cut I had! Sanctuary now has a new client!
Oh, the "welcome pack" I was given by Noelle's had shampoo and conditioner samples for blondes. I'm a brunette. What were they thinking handing out samples like that?
I would visit this business again? No
