I received a gift certificate from my husband for this spa. I had never been to Renewal or heard anything about it. I was hesitant because my spa experiences in Richmond have been hit or miss. But, this spa eased my fears.
When I walked in, I was highly impressed with the waiting area. The owner greeted me and immediately had me fill out my information form and offered me something to drink. My wait time was less than five minutes - and I showed up early!
I got a deep tissue massage from Dennis and a spa pedicure from Tang, the owner of Renewal. They both did an excellent job!!!!
What impressed me the most is the staff and their customer service. I could tell they were genuinely friendly and management was working along with the staff. You don't find that often!
They took every opportunity to promote other services, but they were not pushy about it. Just informative.
The decor of the spa speaks relaxation. The waiting area was nice an quiet. In fact, the service areas were quiet as well.
I highly recommend this spa. You definitely get your money's worth and you leave with a smile on your face.
I would visit this business again? Yes
