I cannot say enough good things about Miraval. Everything was perfect. The grounds and facilities were beautiful and serene, the rooms immaculate and cozy, the service from everyone (literally, everyone) was impeccable, the food delicious and plentiful and the recreational options limitless.
I highly reccomend the hiking activities, the meditation sessions and any workshop led by Evelyn Resh or Leigh Weinraub. The most transformational experience I had at Miraval, however, was a Holographic Memory Resolution session with Tim Frank. He is an amazing healer and my experience with him was life altering.
The best thing about Miraval is that you can create whatever experience or mix of experiences you'd like from the physical activities to the spiritual and healing to yoga to the pampering to sitting by the pool and reading a book. I am counting the days until I can return to Miraval.
