By far this is the WORST spa experience I've ever had in my life. Scheduling the appointment was more stressful than scheduling an appointment for surgery! My friends and I received 5 phone calls in a 48 hr period requesting confirmation by the owner Stephanie. The appointments were already confirmed via their online appt. scheduling however, we also responded to each and every call only to be threatened that our appts would be cancelled if we didn't call back (again!!). Bottom line, Stephanie wound up passing our appts. that were scheduled with her, to someone else without the courtesy of a notice to us. The best part of the spa experience was actually getting the body wrap and for my friend her massage however, after the wrap, I experienced dizziness and nausea and was told "this is not a normal reaction". Really?! I was dehydrated for crying out loud! I was given warm water after the process. No warning about this type of side effects was provided AND I had to lay MYSELF down to get my composure due to the lack of concern or even assistance on the part of the staff. I was feeling faint and dizzy and she left me in the room, alone. This was not my first spa experience although it was my first body wrap. LAST at this place.
I would visit this business again? No
