I just had moved up to Reno from CA in July of this year. Finding a new place in a new town is uncomfortable for anyone who has to make this change. A few weeks after moving here I needed my hair done and I searched Yelp and had found the Spa and Hair Salon. I called up and THANK GOD Shirley from the Salon answered. She booked me the same day and my experience was awesome. I have since been back every 6 weeks or so for a new hair change. Shirley is very attentive and extremely easy to talk to.
After having my hair done with Shirley she let me know about the services at the Spa and I booked an appointment with Bryna to have my arm pits waxed having never done it before. Not only was it a perfect experience everyone at the spa made it a I have to come back in 4 weeks experience. Bryna is amazing and kind and gentle and sweet.
I could not imagine a better experience than I have had with the Salon and the Spa and would encourage anyone to try either one of them out.
I would visit this business again? Yes
