What a great find in downtown Columbus! The staff is very welcoming and the salon space is beautiful. It's not a snooty, crowded place like some of the large, well-known places in the suburbs can be, but certainly could accomodate a prom or wedding crowd. It is just right on every level.
I had a flame massage, a mani-pedi and a hair conditioning treatment and style. It's like being transported to NYC because they have lots of products and treatments that aren't available anywhere else. The flame massage was an aromatherapy treatment where they melt an essential oils candle. It smelled great, the oil was warm and relaxing, plus you keep the candle to take home and use again. I also got to try thier Shu Eumura product line for a special hair treatment "ceromony" ...so much fun to get to know the staff, and get pampered in a comfortable yet oh so chic environment!

To be fair I went on a weekday evening and so it felt like the place was basically closed. I had a mani and pedi. The staffperson did a good job and was friendly. The space itself, however, feels a bit old, dated and dusty/dirty. Not the lux experience I was hoping for.
I would visit this business again? No
