I wish I could review Tranquility’s treatments. My experience only extended to disappointing customer service.
I spent half a day checking out spas for my mom’s birthday. My requirements: a relaxing place that could service 3 at once. I toured Tranquility and it was lovely. The owner said taking 3 of us at once was fine. I called the next day to book it, got voicemail, left a message — and never heard back. I called two days later and got a real person. I booked 3 packages for the same time on a Friday. I was again assured this would be OK.
When calling with our lunch choices, I repeatedly got voicemail and was never called back. The day before our visit — no snow had fallen — I got a voicemail that our appointments were canceled and did I want to reschedule. Not, “Can you reschedule for X time?” or “We’re sorry, can we offer you a discount?”
I called to confirm and had to call every 15 minutes for an hour before someone answered. She said therapists had cancel so they wouldn’t be able to keep our noon visit. So much for the assurances they could treat 3 of us at once. The final insult: We got 4 inches of snow overnight and roads were clear before noon.
They weren’t honest about staffing and the service is bitterly disappointing.I would visit this business again? No
