I visited Acqua Spa for a facial. This is my first and only experience with this spa. I called the spa prior to my visit a time or two. They were courteous. However, when asking the where abouts of the spa, the receptionist was unable to help me to my satisfaction as she was unfamiliar with the area. Service was fast & professional. My only criticism, the therapist did not give me her name. My facial experience was refreshing, relaxing, and tranquil. The atmosphere of the spa was the same as well as comfortable & cozy. The staff was effefficient & friendly. I found them to be welcoming not pushy. I had a few questions and they were answered thoroughly and to my satisfaction. The variety of service satisfies my needs and desires. I will recommend Acqua Spa and will return myself for future treatments.
