fantastic bedrooms and public rooms and the outside dining - with brilliant service - was amazing (and tasty). The spa experience is extremely well planned - loved the water with a great combination of hot mineral water and cool pool. Had an aromatherapy massage and a microdermabrasion facial - felt the years falling away. For a spa experience - unbeatable.

I was beyond pleased with this place. From the friendly people, the satisfying service, and serenity of it all. Really great place and exactly what a spa should be like. This place is now going to be my regular.

I was looking for a spa that combines relaxation along with a fitness routine or some form of exercise and think that this is an okay priced spa which equips just such. I would go again.

I wanted to get help with fixating a diet plan into my daily routine as in bettering my health. I spoke with a great and friendly consultant here that set me on the path of a straight game plan in which I will hopefully benefit from. I am scheduled to go back in 2 weeks and will def keep you posted.

I didnt have much time on my hands but I really needed a facial and decided on this place. Boy did my instincts not steer me wrong. Loved it! A lady by the name of Sia did a really great job here. I plan to go back and try out the other services.

Im a spa enthusiast and this place is amongst my top list. Special here is the great newly decorated rooms. This is an old estate converted to a spa hotel. Thermal mineral waters, new spa added, great dining room and really in a cute town just about 15 mintues from Piza. This is a place to spend a few days at and really enjoy a piece of Italy. The bar is to write home about for decor. Bartender knows his stuff and is fun to talk to

this is the place to come. If you need to just relax your muscles with a regular massage this place can do it. No special thrills here. My bf wasnt home and I needed a good hand on my back and this place did just that- the average massage. Nothing extraordinary. simply what it is.

The Spa is a total delight! I have never had a better massage than the one I has at this hotel. The pool is something out of a dream and the staff are all very professional, friendly and experienced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in staying in this area

This place is an awesome spot to get yourself a pedicure. I got one in which was accompanied by a reflexology massage. Felt so relaxing... My feet are just about ready to walk me right back over there real soon.

This place is excellent for anyone in search of a make over. Their make up artist is very skilled and applies with great use. I am very particular about whom does mine and I have no reservations about allowing them to take over until completion. I even learned a few new make up tips. Thanks A!

I walked into this place with the feeling that I was being amateured in helping someone pay their rent. Wasnt quite the professional outcome I had expected.

Just spent 3 days at this location and was very impressed with their spa. Especially enjoyed the salt-water indoor/outdoor area with the various jacuzzi-like stations. Had a massage shortly after arriving....excellent and revived me. Loved the breakfasts and the breakfast room especially. In the evening it is lit with candleabras...gorgeous.

I thought it was okay until I felt like I was constantly being annoyed by the people here whom kept forcing me to try things in which I was in no way interested in. Its one thing to offer and another to nag along the lines of harassing/annoying! I also asked that they not apply a cream in which they were trying to sell me to my skin and believe it or not that dabbed some on me anyway. I was sooo irritated!
