I went to this spa to use my SpaFinder gift certificates, and on a deal they had with body wraps. I was disappointed to find my full body wrap was only my back, neck, shoulders and the mud was removed by towel instead of hoping into a warm shower. The treatment room was small, and the product bottles made alot of noise when the esthetician tried to apply more product. After the treatment I could not locate my spa giftcetificates, and I felt the receptionist was short and rude even though I was fully prepared to pay by debit or credit right away.

I would visit this business again? No

Being a Avedaconcept day spa our estheticoans are all trained with the same procedures and steps as all others unless being a full spa. We regret to hear you where not happy with the overall experience and would love to tell you about many other treatments that may interest you in which showers are not needed. As for the customer service you feel you didnt receive we apoloqize as we do strive for our whole salon and spa to give 110% all of the time. I had a great day at Skin and Body! I had an hour of Masssage Therapy (not many spas have registered therapists) and a manicure/pedicure. My body, hands and feet feel fantastic and the colour selection for my polish was vast.

I picked up a "Club Card" that entitles me to many discounts and free trials. I'll be back & I'll be bringing my friends and family!
