I booked 3 teens to have updos for homecoming. They all looked gorgeous. We may have had a to wait a little bit for their appointments. There are always specials for this location. I would recommend for haircuts, styles and waxes. The decor is very pretty. The waiting chairs are actual furniture. The staff is friendly. The location is not always convenient to get in and out of. It sits on the Outer Road of a major highway. I enter going south and when I leave I head south. That way I don't have to cross traffic.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful Red Mountain is. I am not the most physically fit person but they really made me feel as though I could do anything. They are motivational, encouraging and courteous. As a single traveller, I was never alone. I could dine at the community table or chat with others during hikes or activities. The massages are to die for. I have never felt more pampered. I always use the steam room. the locker room is fully stocked so that you can clean up and shower and feel presentable. The food prepared gluten free, vegan, lo cal, fat free whatever you want is here. Cooking classes are included in your daily rate. I did not notice the small size of the rooms referred to earlier because I really didn't spend that much time in my room. I did not feel cramped. I went to the hot tub, the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, walked to Snow Canyon, walked the lava trail, did a meditation walk, got a makeover. Return guests are recognized too. I can't wait to return next month.

This spa was within walking distance of the W in West Port. I always enjoy a salt scrub. They did theirs a little bit different. Every place has a spin. This was not my most favorite salt scrub, but it did do the job and she was a very good massage therapist. I also had a facial and even thougt they knew I was in my 50's they gave me a facial for a much younger person. I told them I wanted the one that would help with the wrinkles. that is why the quality is low. Their waiting time was good and the waiting areas were comfortable and relaxing. My sister and I also took advantage of the steam shower!

I have been to spas all over the country and all over Osage Beach. I was VERY disappointed in Spa Shiki. it looked nice, but they apparently overbooked on my day of service. I was asked to wait, but not told where I could wait. With any service you are supposed to be allowed to use the steam room/sauna. It was not offered to me. So, I stroll around for a bit and asked to use the restroom. I had tried to find it myself. I was told to exit the spa and use one in a hallway of the hotel. I left and didn't return and didn't regret it. The staff that day did not understand the first part of service.

I was invited to a spa party at Vitality Unlimited. I received a massage and a facial. Our "party" was in a room at the back of the salon. The feel of this salon is like a destination spa. It was very relaxing. There was a funeral across the street and parking was a little problem on that day.

The massage was wonderful. The therapist was very skilled. The facial was even better. The therapist targeted my problem areas, asked about my routine, made suggestions, etc.

Their products are pricey. Their services are not. I would recommend that anyone who wants to try this location to go and enjoy yourself.
