I hadn't planned on going to this spa, but I was staying in the hotel and one morning got a call to my room offering 20% off all spa services for hotel guests, so I went for a pedicure. It was awesome! The spa is somewhat small, but it was like a lovely little sanctuary away from the craziness of the Strip. I relaxed in the lounge area prior to my treatment and was so comfy I almost fell asleep. My pedicure was one of the best I've ever had. The technician was so friendly and I felt really pampered. My feet were hurting from all the walking I had done the previous few days, and so I think she gave me a bit of an extra long foot and leg massage. It felt amazing. Fantastic atmosphere, service, and overall experience. I will definitely go back!

Though this spa was a little pricey, the service made up for it. I contacted the spa prior to my trip to Vegas because I wasn't sure which services would be right for me. The spa concierge was so friendly and helpful! She really listened to what I was was looking for and helped me figure out what I wanted. I was so impressed with the service I received. Will definitely go back!

Though I did not stay at this hotel, I did spend a day at the spa here and it was amazing! It was definitely the best part of my entire time in Banff. The facilities were beautiful and tranquil. I signed up for a hot stone massage and though I'm usually used to a deeper type of massage, I found the service to be quite relaxing and enjoyable. The sitting area that could be used before or after services was very peaceful and lovely. All in all, a great experience that I would recommend to anyone! (the only reason for the 0 score on the fitness facilities was because I did not use these services, so I could not accuarately rate them)
