I was looking forward to a morning of pampering but was very disappointed. I had a spa pedicure and express manicure and didn't ever get that spa feel. Also, the desk staff was rude. When I booked the appointment, I explained that I had a Spafinder gift certificate and asked if I needed to do anything. They said to just bring it. When I went to check out the receptionist kept showing me how I was supposed to validate the certificate or something. Over and over again she belabored what I did "wrong", even though I was told to just bring the certificate. Not worth the frustration to argue with her about who is right. Services are mediocre at best.
I would visit this business again? No
