I visited the spa few months back and wow, this place is amazing, the design is sleek and welcoming. The spa is kept very well and its clean. The staff were helpful to any questions I asked them, they made me feel special. I then decided to try one of their facial. I didnt regret any second of it. The therapist started by explaining every step of the treatment while she was bathing my feet in a divine foot bowl, just this step I was already in heaven...
A skin analysis was done and then every products used during the facial were personalised to my skin demand. After 1 hour of pure bliss I left the spa relaxed and feeling beautiful again.

The spa is located in a nice relaxing courtyard in central London, 2 steps away from Buckingham Palace. They have 2 treatments rooms, fairly large considering the limitation of space in this area. The facial we had was very pleasant and relaxing. We just wished they had a couple room. The noise from the outside can be heard sometimes due to the hallyway leading to the hotel lift nearby. We were very pleased with our treatments and shall be back on our next trip to London.
