We went in for a 1/2 day spa experience and ended up more frustrated and stressed out then when we got there. We were scheduled for massages, facials, and pedicures. The massages and facials were both shorted by at least 10 min. from what was promised. The facilities were in poor shape, dirty, dingy and more like a gym locker room than an exclusive spa.
The staff was neither helpful nor accommodating.
The only reason this spa received 2 stars on any area was the pedicure, which redeemed it a little. That was great, well done, took her time and did a great job (although that is what you pay for...)
Overall, the experience was horrible...don't waste your time or your money here.
Also - be prepared to pay, parking for a 1/2 day is $20 and that's with their measly validation of $3. The car is also parked 15-20 min. away, so be prepared to wait!
