I have been going to this spa for quite some time. I can honestly say that they are quite consistent in their service approach from the point in time when you walk in the door to when your leaving smiling and feeling like you've just received an image boost! Janelle does great QUICK highlights and Nima gives a GREAT shampoo, condition and an even better cut and style. I highly recommend them both!
