This spa is the worst, customer service is inept. Appointment must be made so far in advance, forget trying to get things done for a special occasion. I was duped into a package deal, and instead of helping me in my best interests as a customer, they took the lower road and stated information about fine print [basically, too bad you purchased a future visit, we have 6 months to service you, haha]. I encourage anyone to look elsewhere, if they can treat respective clients this way, what happens when you lie down on their tables
