I have visited this spa twice. Both times the ladies at the spa desk have been snobbish and unhelpful.
It seems the attitude is not that they are there to be of service but rather to explain rules....of which there are many.
I hope someone will be able to explain the concept of friendliness to them.
I have bought services for two of my daughters, because I did not want to disappoint them. However, I have been disappointed twice and will not try again...or recommend.
PS Found out today that although the Mohonk spa comes up on the Spa-finder website, when I walked in with $200 worth of spafinder gift certificates, these are not accepted at Mohonk...this was explained as..."you can read this in small print on the website"...Sure enough, it's there...small print!
I would visit this business again? No
