The spa is antiseptic - I prefer a cozy type atmosphere. That's not why I rate this spa so poorly. That's a matter of taste. The reason is the facialist told me I had rosacea and sun damage. I have neither. Then she proceeded to tell me the pimple I had on my cheek was due to poor hygiene which was downright offensive. I wash every morning and night with the clinique line. Who goes to a spa to be told bad (and untrue) things? We go to feel well, not badly. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends.

This is the most awesome spa I have ever been to. I am spoiled now - all spas I go to will be measured against this awesome place.
