I was having some running related (minor) issues with my back and my chiropractor recommended that I look into deep tissue massage due to a noticable tightness in my back muscles.
The massages at Vitality and a more diligent and focused stretching routine have made a world of difference in my running.
I would highly recommend massages for runners and from Vitality in particular.
I would visit this business again? Yes
