I booked the spa for my wife to get a Mothers day gift, two weeks in advance. I call to confirm 24 hours prior and find that the person who took my reservation got it completely wrong. I ordered a chocolate wrap an massage. So they corrected the appointment and changed the time to later in the Saturday afternoon. Saturday as I'm running errands the same person calls me and tells me they have to move the appointment again, due to a wedding party that showed up late, pushing back my wife's appointment an hour, effectively ruining my surprise and killing my wife's chance of getting the spa day i wanted her to experience.
So I've given one star, as they weren't even able to accommodate me or give me a make good of any kind.
I would visit this business again? No
