I had a gift certificate through spa finder and had previously had a wonderful massage here. I didn't get the same person and my therapist this time didn't really follow my instructions.

I asked for a gentle relaxing massage and got a deep tissue massage. To her credit my back had a lot of knots but I didn't finish the massage feeling as relaxed as I wanted to after 90 minutes.

I then had a 60 minute facial. On the phone they told me my appt was for 1:30 and after waiting and waiting I checked and they said it was for 2pm. I would have brought a book!

I didn't want extraction so I think my therapist didn'lt know how to fill the 60 minutes. For a large part of it I sat with a masque on my face while she sat behind me.

All in all my experience was just okay and I wouldn't go back.
