I took advantage of a Groupon offer for a first time masage at Body and Balance. This was my first experience with Groupon and with Cynthia at Body and Balance. I was very pleased with both. Cynthia was very prompt with a call back to book appointment. We had a friendly conversation and after that I was truly looking forward to my massage.
The massage was terrific. Cynthia took the time to discuss and make note of my pain issues. During the massage she was very receptive to any direction I gave. Her technique is quite fluid and presure consistent.
At the end of my massage Cynthia took the time to discuss my injuries and recommend some excercises for at home.
I have been back to Baody and Balance and will continue to get out my" kinks" with Cynthia.
Give it a try you won't be disapointed.
