I took advantage of a groupon to treat myself to a massage. I had a few stressful things on my plate at the time. It was, without a doubt, the best thing I've done for myself so far this year. Cynthia Orsi is an angel. She made me feel comfortable right away. Her massage technique is the best. I could say, firmer there, not as firm there, but after a few minutes I didn't have to say a word. I asked her a few general wellness questions and she patiently took the time to answer all my questions. The warm bed is heavenly, the aromas and scents of the oils are sooo relaxing. I promptly booked a return visit. I firmly believe that we have to take care of ourselves in order to be the best we can for our loved ones. Getting a massage is my way of destressing and it really does help. I have to figure out how to stop the clock when I go back. That is one hour you wish would never end.
