The Spa

We are all so quick to write a complaint when we are not satisfied with an experience, and rarely take the time to write reviews when we enjoy an experience. Which is my quess as to why this is the first review written on The Spa. I assume few people will find a negative word to speak about this spa. So here is my positive review. My friend and I decided to have a much needed girls day out. We visited The Spa and we were greatly impressed. It felt like the moment we stepped into the spa the stress began to melt away. The staff are amazing. We got our massages and then just sat in the lounge talking quietly while we were served hot tea. It felt like we were just floating around the Americana for several hours afterwards. I will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend this spa to friends!
