NOT an enjoyable experience!!   The front desk was extremely unorganized despite me calling twice before our appointment to confirm our services (4 girls on a girls trip).  She was threatening to charge us  for services we didn't book since they have a "strict cancellation policy". Thankfully I had kept a very detailed account of when I called & who I had talked to & she backed off. But when it came time to pay she was still confused!!

It is very bright (including the massage room) & not an atmosphere that instills tranquility & relaxation.  Plus they doubled us up in the room which might not have been so bad had the therapists not talked practically the whole time. 

The healthy glow facial was essentially a good cleaning that left our faces tight feeling, the scrub was nothing special (I do a better job w/ L'occitane @ home) & the mud room walls & ceiling were covered in mold which freaked me out the whole time I was in the steam table. 

Surely there are better alternatives!!

this salon/spa is clean, bright w/ a hip flair to it. Everything from the decor to the therapists has a new age feel to it & just a bit edgy. It definitely wasn't "clinical" feeling, but if you like the dark, ornate, heavy curtain feel to your spa, this might not be a good fit for you.

The room felt a bit small to me & twice my therapist stumbled or tripped over something which was noisy & just a bit jarring/unsettling as I usually go to sleep/nearly asleep during my massages (yes, even deep tissue).

Now to the good stuff. I had a good 90 minute deep tissue massage that left me feeling very relaxed & not sore. She used a combination of bamboo fusion & normal DT techniques. I liked the combination of heat & hot towels too.

Very flexible appointment times & a WIDE variety of services so they truly have something for everyone.
