Just returned from a girlfriend getaway. We were all in agreement that the spa treatments were excellent. However, the facilities did not give you the 'spa experience.' The facilities were outdated and we felt we were in a 'locker room' environment. There is no music playing except during your treatments. The facility is being renovated so maybe there is hope that the upgrade will improve the environment. There was no personal touch and we felt we were on our own. In fact, during check-in, no one told us where to get the robes, slippers, etc. We also were not advised that the facility was being renovated and that we had to use the men's facilities. Maybe we are 'spa snobs' as there was only ice water....no water with cucumber or lemon. We'd go back if the spa facilities improved.
